Privacy

We collect what we need to survey your building and keep your system running: your name, phone number, the address of the site, and what you asked us for. We do not sell it and we do not share it with anybody who is not doing work for you.

Survey notes, load readings and system documentation are kept for the life of the agreement so that the next engineer who opens your board knows what the last one did.

If you want your enquiry deleted, message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we will remove it. Records tied to a live installation or warranty are kept until that obligation ends.
