Warranty

Workmanship on every installation is warranted for twenty-four months from commissioning. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it at no charge.

Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register in your name and hold a copy of: panels typically twenty-five years performance, lithium storage six to ten years or a stated cycle count, inverters two to five years.

Warranty does not cover damage from lightning where surge protection was declined in writing, unauthorised modification, or theft.

Everything we sell in the store carries a warranty we can trace to the manufacturer or the distributor. Bring the receipt and we will handle the claim with you.
