One central generation and storage plant, a distribution network, and a prepaid meter on every unit. Estates, market sheds, campuses, communities. Each occupant pays for what they use and nobody funds anybody else’s air conditioner.

We design the distribution to survive real conditions — protection at every branch, earthing that has been tested, and a changeover to grid or generator where the load demands it.

Management gets a monthly report: generation, consumption per unit, faults, and what we did about them.
